    I might found my issue, now i can solve it?

    I need help how to align the grid i notice that on the size of it is not squared at all.

    You may want to post a little more information, such as type of printer, etc.

    Looks like you need to adjust your zoom and your focus on the projector. After that there is usually some adjustments in the slicing software for adjusting the grid.

    How to adjust the grid with CW software?

    You size and focus the grid with the projector.

    here a better pic, i don't know if the lens is gone, because if i align one side the other one goes completely out. any tips?

    It's either zoomed out or the projector slid away from the VAT.
